Morgan Stanley Sales & Trading Summer Analyst interview questions

Got to second telephone interview, questions were more technical than the first one which was mainly situation and competency based. Very nice interviewer and built rapport with them throughout, in between lines of questioning.

First a CV, Cover letter and then online aptitude tests. Then two telephone interviews, mainly behavioural and a couple of market questions. Then an assessment centre, 3 interviews (A situational, motivational and a technical), a group interview and then you redo the aptitude tests.
