After collecting the resumes from interested students on my campus, they narrowed down the pool to 25 candidates. First round interviews were conducted on campus, and lasted approximately 30 minutes. This interview is more laid back and gives the applicant an opportunity to show why they should be considered. 12 candidates were chosen for final interviews at the Morgan Stanley office. There were two one on one interviews, which were more formal, and a group activity afterwards. The group activity is to monitor how you work in a team.
