Interview
I had a telephone interview with Morgan Stanley, it was very basic behavioural and competency questions with some light technical stuff. The interview lasted about 10-15 minutes and I was given the opportunity ti ask any questions at the end.
You have a phone interview which is about your personality and generic question about your CV, motivation and skills, e.g. describe a time when you showed initiative, describe a time where you failed, tell me about when you led a group and what went wrong and what you did to overcome it?

Interview
The whole process was not bad, the HR manager was very friendly and did not put any pressure on you. The Call was on time and the whole phone interview was only 20 minutes
