The first interview was scheduled for an hour, 2 interviews in a row for half an hour each. Both interviewers showed up late and seemed unprepared. The questions were pretty standard interview questions. I was told I would be moved on to the next round of interviews with the VP, they then they ghosted me for a month and then I received a rejection email. It all felt very unprofessional and dishonest.
