Before my first interview, I was asked to answer a few basic questions by email: What city I lived in, my compensation expectations, things like that. I had two rounds of interviews with a writing assignment in between. The first round of interviews was with a recruiter and a hiring manager. The second round was with another editor and the head of content. I had about five days to complete two short writing assignments. I truly only have positive things to say about the process. The recruiter who walked me through the process moved quickly and was incredibly responsive, and everyone seemed genuinely excited to answer questions about the company and the role.
