I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morningstar in Dec 2011
Interview
I interviewed with some people I'd be working with in the division and an HR manager in the division. The interviews lasted about 1.5 hours. They asked some questions about my resume, experience with editorial work, interest in finance and what Morningstar does. Office is great, and everyone I encountered from the security to the higher-ups were nice. I hope I'll get a position next time!
