Applied and messaged the team directly a few days later i got contacted by a recruiter who wanted to talk to me about my experience. so i explained a little bit about myself and my past work. it was a fairly standard HR screen. I got rejected shortly after that, but only after I asked for an update. not sure where it went wrong, but i guess they were looking for someone more experienced.
