Morningstar Senior Analyst interview questions

Interview was very easy, just need basic accounting knowledge and accounting concept should be clear. Written test containing Aptitude , numerical , English and accounting , One and one with hiring manager, then 2nd round with senior manager.

A very long and tedious interview process, lasting over 3 months With extremely poor communication to candidates. Only video interviews via Skype they don’t meet face to face. This Employer has complete contempt for candidates. I would never recommend the company.
