Had a very favorable phone screen and was highly recommended by the Sr Architect. Came in for an interview and met with a half dozen people. Things were a bit disorganized, some people were changed last minute. They couldn't decide which job I was targeted for. They were very positive, but never contacted me after the interview. I contacted them multiple times, but at best I got a quick response "they are shuffling positions around". Still waiting after three months...
