Interview
The process started with a short phone interview. This was more of a discussion about past experience and the position. I was sent a link to a personality test online that I completed and a few hours later I was told I made it to the next round. The next round entailed 3 in person interviews at the dealership back to back with different managers at the dealership. These interviews were similar to the phone interview, allowing the manager to determine if they thought your personality would fit the position.
