5 Years ago I applied - Received a call back very promptly by the New car Manager - she invited me back to the store the next day to be interviewed by her peers (ie: Other sales managers). Spent 15-20 minutes with each department manager, New // Pre Owned // Finance Director // General Sales Manager // Senior Sales Consultant. After that a few days past and I received a call that would change my career for the past 5 years! =)

After applying online, I was contact by phone. Completed several phone interviews and came in for several one on one interviews with the sales managers on duty. I had to pass a personality test, a background check, and a drug test. They were very flexible and found a testing site closer to where I was moving from (out of state).
