Interview went well. You are asked to bring a resume. Was treated with respect and asked if I had experience as a manager. All staff were friendly. Interviewing manager made me feel comfortable and she asked me about my previous experience and where I had worked before.

Interview
Intense at times. Was interviewed by the Director and Executive Chef at the same time. The interview lasted close to an hour. They were very prepared for the interview. They made sure that they got exactly who they were looking for in that position.

I waited a half hour for the interviewer. But once we went in the interview it was good. The person interviewing me was very informative and called me and told me I was hired by the time I got to my car.

Interview
You get a phone screen interview, then a 1:1 with manager of the dept., Then a panel/group, then a final with the client. Lengthy and nerve wracking but well worth the process. This interview process was the best interview opportunity I have experienced.
