I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morrison Healthcare (New Orleans, LA) in Jun 2024
Interview
It’s a one-way video interview with an AI bot. These one-way interviews do nothing to benefit the candidate and most of the time, candidates hear nothing back. Plus, these one-way video interviews can be easier for hiring managers to discriminate as well.
Sometimes you might have to do a personality assessment as well which is just another way to get sidelined without no chance to an actual person…
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
It’s just three basic questions, but it’s pointless since you’re just talking to yourself.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Morrison Healthcare (Gainesville, FL) in May 2022
Interview
Worst interview ever they made me wait until 5pm and I sat there and missed my bus also the staff were rude and all and waited weeks just to give me a denial need I mind I’m autistic and In culinary school and have been a cook since 2015 and they declined me and I have documentation of where I worked from social security and they said that’s not legit calling social security liars on everything. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY FOR WORK
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morrison Healthcare (Jacksonville, FL) in Jan 2016
Interview
Basically the interview was very short and straight to the point. They asked standard cook interview questions like what is a roux and can you follow recipies the process was very easy. I was interviewed by two managers and like I said they ask you basic questions. Just go in a be yourself if you have experience let them know it can only help you.
