Interview process/questions can vary between people applying for the same position. Some candidates get tougher questions than other candidates. Therefore the interviewers are unable to establish a true baseline to compare candidates for a new position. HR is terrible and the work environment is poor and employees receive almost no updated trainings. Team miscommunication is a problem.
