Interview
Straight forward, one interview, and a writing test. The interviewer was dressed in a sweatshirt. They were good about communicating with me, but the time for grading the writing test was quite lengthy.

What would you be bringing to the team that you believe makes you a good fit for this position?
I applied online. I had a phone interview/screening, followed by a writing test. After a few days, I had a second interview with a panel of people who asked mostly behavioral questions.

Interview
Three-stage interview: screening interview, team interview, then writing sample. They were pretty informal, and everyone was excellent at answering questions. My advice would be make sure you prepare for the writing interview -- they love a good sample.
