Truly the best interview experience I've had. I received an email requesting a 20 minute call with HR. We spoke for maybe 30 minutes or so about the position, pretty boiler plate stuff. Maybe a week later I had about a 2 hour interview with my potential manager as well as 2 other employees where we again went over the position and gave me plenty of time to ask my questions. During the interview the manager did mention that while I was in the running for this position, there was another position set to be posted the following quarter that we both agreed I would be a better fit for; the caveat being I would potentially have to wait and re-interview for that. About 10 days later I get a call from the HR rep saying they received approval to move up the timeline on the other position and offered it to me immediately. They got the job description and offer prepared in less than a week and I started my job shortly thereafter.
