Overall what you would expect from a recruiter interview, definitely a positive experience with every interaction with the recruiter. Moved on to an interview with the hiring manager, very focused on behavioral questions and speaking to past experiences. From there it was a 4 person panel with 2 TPMs and 2 Engineers. More of the same kind of questions that the Hiring Manager asked. If you’ve done any amount of TPM interviews, you’ll feel comfortable in these. Very relaxed interviews with natural conversations. Between the start of my process and the end, there was a restructuring with my original hiring manager moving to another internal team, so I did an additional interview with the new hiring manager.
