Motive interview questions

It was a great experience. The recruiter was professional and showed character. The interview revolved around my experience in BPO industry along with my academic skills. It didn't make me anxious at all.

There was a Recruiter screen, which led to a hiring manager interview, and I progressed to the panel. I did not receive an offer. The other candidate had come from the same industry. I think if this was preferred, it should have been in the JD or addressed earlier.
