Motive Product Operations interview questions

This position was obviously for market research. The hiring manager was more focused on the product strategy decisions of my previous companies than learning about my background or how it might apply to the “job” that was advertised. When I describe my background, the follow up questions were again industry specific and not related to my experience or the job posting. When I asked some specifics about the positions, the answers were extremely vague and not answered at all. Got an auto reject shortly after.
