Interview
I have attended the interview on Jan 18, have answered everything correctly. But the the person who took interview, he doesn’t have technical skill on the technology he interviewed. He was into Testing background, but interviewed for RPA technology. He didn’t ask much questions Stopped in 20min, looks like he want to recruit his referral, for the name sake done the interview. He gave negative feedback, then then I intimated everything to their HR.
It is time waste of attending the interviews at motivity labs.

Awesome interview experience with motivity labs. Nice set of Interview questions. Very friendly nature with the candidates. The process took 3 days and HR discussion went very smooth. One Technical round on angularJs and one on .NET technical another round with client. Then HR round. Complete process was very quick and nice company to work with wonderful work-life balance.
