Motorola Solutions Instructional Designer interview questions

Everyone I met at the company was very nice. However, after multiple interview rounds, including speaking to the director of the hiring department, all communication ceased from their side. I waited a couple of weeks before asking for a formal update and any feedback from the hiring team, and there was no response. Eventually, I did CC multiple people on an email in the hopes that it would be seen. A couple of weeks after that, I received an auto-rejection email from the system. Very disappointing process.
