The whole process took 4 months from the point of applying to the point of receiving an outcome.
After six weeks, I was asked to do a 90 minute coding task. 12 weeks passed without hearing anything after that. 90 minutes of my time and not even an acknowledgement.
EVENTUALLY, I got an automated email saying they were “unable to offer me the position”. No feedback. No acknowledgement of time spent. Nothing.
If they treat interviewees the same way they treat their employees, I will be glad I never progressed to the latter stages.
Avoid this company like the plague.
