I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Mott MacDonald (Reading, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
Application, Online Tests
Was then called and invited to interview just before Christmas break. First interview and had just over a week to prepare in between doing coursework and dissertation proposal.
Turned up to office in Reading (had applied to London, Cardiff, Chester) nice office and met by principle QS interview conducted in free meeting room. Felt laid back and casual conversation type interview I unfortunately hadn't prepared well enough on work experience I had done 2 years ago, and to recall technical knowledge learnt during my degree

Interview
Online application, apitude tests, assessment day. It was in this order, aptitude tests aren't too bad as long as you practice beforehand.
Assessment day consisted of group presentations and group work. Try not to be the one that dominates all the time but at the same time don't let other people do all the work. Need to show that you can contribute and work well in a team
