Very pleasant environment, a graduate greeted us at the office. Individual interview with two engineers, casual conversation with technical questions.
Both engineers were knowledgeable and approachable, they presented the reasons that set Mott MacDonald apart. Thanks to some previous research, I was familiar with the majority of points they raised, but it was good to hear the possibilities that the company offers.

3 stage process - online testing and two in-person interviews
The online testing was timed and what you would normally expect. The interview process involved meeting with directors and higher level management staff and then second interview involved meeting with team members. This was mainly to establish whether we would work in a group setting and if the dynamic was right.

Was called down to Manchester having successfully completed online tests. Was promised I would be given my train fare back but have not still.
Was introduced to current graduates where I was told i'd be interviewed for a role different to the one i applied to. Waited two months to hear back.
