The process for this position is two level, I completed ist round after 10 days I was asked to schedule which I did, I felt the interviewer is Sr manager it seems and the discussion started with introduction of the interviewer and it took around 10 min to complete and I was asked do I know anything about mottmcdonald I said not much, again the introduction of the company went for 5-6mins and I started giving my introduction and I got few questions I would say not many 2-3 tech question I guess I answered, after 2 weeks I got a auto response as not moving forward, but I still did not get if I was in correct with my answers why was I made wait for 2 weeks, I guess they don't have any proper selection process and they just go by interviewers own perception
rather wasting time in giving introduction for 15 min's,
if they give a problem statement or use case and ask for steps to implement or where do I start would have been more sensible
I expected high but disappointed, after no selection I didn't learn anything. time waste
