• Phone screen (Background, "Why do you want to work here?", and etc.) • Take-home assignment (Java app that imports JSON data into SQLite database). It took me 10+ hours.

After applying for this position I heard back from the recruiter and had a 30 minute phone interview. Afterwards you are given a take home coding assignment using Java and Sqlite which is talked about in your next interview with a senior developer where there are more technical questions that are asked. If both of you decide the company is a good fit then you have the final interview with the CEO of the company which is pretty cool. Everyone is very nice and responsive in the process and it was a more structured and thought out process than other companies I applied to.
