I was invited to pre-screen via phone and then was invited into the office to interview with who would become my supervisor and the manager of my department. The process was casual but professional and I felt entirely comfortable speaking to my strengths, weaknesses, and interests.

Interview
The interview process was comfortable yet professional. I was greeted by a beautiful facility and environment that was tastefully designed while I waited in the comfortable lobby for my future manager. Once we began the interview, essential values and ethics were discussed as a part of the Mountainside vision. It was nice to have a comfortable and informative interview.
