Overall seemed to be a formality on the way to not hiring me, to the point that I suspect the posting itself may be a "ghost job" of sorts. Interviewer kept camera off (it was virtual on Teams) and started by attempting to confirm wildly inaccurate information about my resume that I can only imagine came from bad algorithmic scraping. She asked hypothetical questions that were vague to the point of being meaningless, stuff like "What would you do if you didn't know what to do?" Well, I'd try to figure it out, I suppose. I'm not stupid, after all. After the interview, I almost instantly got a rejection letter. When I asked for feedback, I got an AI-generated readout of what supposedly disqualified me for an entry-level job I was definitely overqualified for. Stay far, far away! These people treat job seekers like garbage and waste your time.
