3 round process. Can pass with ease , if good at communication. Extempore will be the the first round. the flow of your language is the only criteria you will be weighed upon.2nd round will be an aptitude test and finally the HR interview. If shorlisted the HR will explain to you the details of your job and about your training days. Salary package for freshers is quite less, but there are opportunities for increase in scale.

Ask simple questions related to networks. Also asked some questions on customer handling. Asked me some questions by giving some real-time scenarios, how would you respond if a customer wants something and it's against the company policy.

Totally worst I feel very frustrated when I attend the interview they build up like MNC but it is Full time of BPO so don't go there it is not suitable for freshers. They will not respond well.
Three to four rounds conducted. Communication round, group discussion, general hr round, manager round. Calibration of communication and grammar is done. Communication skill is extensively tested. Confident and attentive answers are encouraged.
