Interview
I attended the interview through off campus. First round was JAM, there were 7 to 8 batches.Each batch consisted of 15 to 17 members. We were asked to introduce ourselves and were asked to choose our own topic and talk about it.Only 3 to 4 members were selected. They must have good communication skills. The next round was aptitude test. It was easy. It was just a namesake test.The final round was HR round. The HR was extremely friendly.

After clearing interview they dont send offer letter they are not gonna tell salary breakup and they want 2 year bond and still they are not ready to tell penality ammount

3 rounds first resume short listing , then telephonic call from the HR Team and virtual interview and then after that package discussion will be done and the offer letter will be released

Very Easy Interview Process. Only One Communication Round. Easy To Crack. All The Best for Everyone. Tell About Yourself was the only question. Got the Job Through Placement. Worked for 3 months and Shifted To a Different Domain Since BPO is not my Cup of TEA.
