It was good... Felt like i earned it. We had css corp as one among our campus interviews. The questions were simple but the filtering was strict. Had 3 rounds of interview which included presenting our view on a topic, and 2 hr rounds.

Totally worst I feel very frustrated when I attend the interview they build up like MNC but it is Full time of BPO so don't go there it is not suitable for freshers. They will not respond well.
Three to four rounds conducted. Communication round, group discussion, general hr round, manager round. Calibration of communication and grammar is done. Communication skill is extensively tested. Confident and attentive answers are encouraged.
