First round is group discussion and second round is face to face interview ,they are expecting us to speak good decent English without grammatical error and the way you present yourself to the pannel of interview is also a important , candidate selected should work on rotational night shifts only then you will be allowed to attend interview

After clearing interview they dont send offer letter they are not gonna tell salary breakup and they want 2 year bond and still they are not ready to tell penality ammount

3 rounds first resume short listing , then telephonic call from the HR Team and virtual interview and then after that package discussion will be done and the offer letter will be released

Very Easy Interview Process. Only One Communication Round. Easy To Crack. All The Best for Everyone. Tell About Yourself was the only question. Got the Job Through Placement. Worked for 3 months and Shifted To a Different Domain Since BPO is not my Cup of TEA.
