I got hired from a training institute in the campus placement drive. The interview process is very simple & cristal clear.
Note: Majorly they are hiring for TAC so the fluency in English is majorly required & they will check this thing in the HR Introduction round. In case if your not fluent or having MTI then you will be rejected their itself.
In case if you are selected the joining is offered immediately without any further due and you can join the organisation from the next day itself.
For outstation candidate company offers the stay in the hotel for 10 days until you won't find your accommodation & also they will reimburse the travelling expenditure if there is any.
There are several big project they have & in every project they provide the proper technical training. (Note: In case if you are not performing well you can be out of the company within the training period as well. Because they are conducting tests & exam after completing each & every module)

From fresher, they are not expecting much but yeah in case if you want to pioneer little bit in the networking you can go with the CCNA & CCNP course or certification programs. GD round, then Tech HR round, lastly generic HR round , GD was strict on pronunciation and accent. Tech HR was easy just basic Networking concepts. Generic HR was asking about location , comfort and how you fit into the office.
The client is Nokia and they didn't had a face to face interview i had just 1 Round that too even in normal phone call interview.
They didn't ask much questions also.
