Interview was good. Questions asked were from practical approach. One should have practical approach before applying to any comapny. Applying theoritical knowledge at times will be considered. Indepth technical knowledge was checked.

Question 1
When do you use static routes in VPN. If so, what is it routing precedence
GD round, then Tech HR round, lastly generic HR round , GD was strict on pronunciation and accent. Tech HR was easy just basic Networking concepts. Generic HR was asking about location , comfort and how you fit into the office.
The client is Nokia and they didn't had a face to face interview i had just 1 Round that too even in normal phone call interview.
They didn't ask much questions also.
