there were totally 4 rounds.
1.screening round
they will be checking the communication skill here.
2.group discussion
topics were given and we wre asked to speak on that.
randomly few persons were called to speak about a particluar which the hr gave on spot.
3. technical hr
since the domain we applied was related to networking all the questions were mostly asked to check the networking knowledge of the candidate. all the basic concepts were tested here.
4. hr
in this round all non technical questions were asked.all were simple .
Smooth onboarding interview process . Overall nice, virtual interview , very well organised. application screening, an initial HR phone screening, a technical or departmental hiring manager interview, a practical assessment or panel round, and a final job offer.
