Interview
First round was a Telephonic screening by the HR. The Second round was a face-to-face interview with the BD Manager which mostly had only questions from previous experiences. The Manager was very comforting and questions mostly revolved around the work experience. The next round is a face-to-face interview by a Director. He explains the role in detail and what is expected out of you in the organization. A formal conversation than an interview. He would take questions from you regarding his tenure with the organization and other related questions. Post the interview is the Face-to-face with the HR manager which is mostly to negotiate the salary on offer.

We were called for the Interview and we had 3 Rounds for selection process. We were first tested on our Analytical Skills, Personality Test, Ability to observe and present your observation in Proper Gramatical error free English speaking skills.
