interview process lasts for 3-4 days, and consists of 2-3 rounds of interviews based on your experience. Round 1 consists of a basic level of the Networking. round 2 consists of questions based security domins , like IPSEC , SSL , Routing (S NAT D NAT)

Q1. What are the new flags which RSTP BPDU's introduces? Q2. A user is unable to SSH the server, how do you troubleshoot this? Q3. What happens when you type google.com on your web browser? Q4. Why ARP is used? Different types of ARP Q5. DNS query is resolved then TCP handshake and at last HTTP packets exchanged. Q6. Explain DORA process Q7. How to motivate a customer if case is on Escalation edge ? Q8. ++Spanning tree and Troubleshooting of switching network Q9. ++In depth understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting
GD round, then Tech HR round, lastly generic HR round , GD was strict on pronunciation and accent. Tech HR was easy just basic Networking concepts. Generic HR was asking about location , comfort and how you fit into the office.
The client is Nokia and they didn't had a face to face interview i had just 1 Round that too even in normal phone call interview.
They didn't ask much questions also.
