Worst interview...more crowded recruitment always and always hiring and if we not perform well in during training they will fire you.Job security is worst in movate..because any time you get fired

Question 1
checking the communication... they will tell random topics and we need to speak for 2 mins
GD round, then Tech HR round, lastly generic HR round , GD was strict on pronunciation and accent. Tech HR was easy just basic Networking concepts. Generic HR was asking about location , comfort and how you fit into the office.
The client is Nokia and they didn't had a face to face interview i had just 1 Round that too even in normal phone call interview.
They didn't ask much questions also.
