Resume Screening: Initial evaluation of qualifications and skills.
Technical Round(s): Focus on domain expertise, troubleshooting, and problem-solving (e.g., networking concepts, tools like Wireshark, or protocol handling for network engineers).
Managerial Round: Assessment of soft skills, teamwork, and approach to challenges.
HR Round: Covers cultural fit, salary discussions, and joining details.

What is the difference between TCP and UDP?
Explain the OSI model and its layers.
What is a subnet mask, and why is it used?
Can you explain ARP and its purpose?
What is the difference between a router and a switch?
Define DNS and how it works.
GD round, then Tech HR round, lastly generic HR round , GD was strict on pronunciation and accent. Tech HR was easy just basic Networking concepts. Generic HR was asking about location , comfort and how you fit into the office.
The client is Nokia and they didn't had a face to face interview i had just 1 Round that too even in normal phone call interview.
They didn't ask much questions also.
