The first round was the HR round followed by 4 rounds of personal interview to check the functional knowledge ,domain knowledge and relevant skill sets ;
There were 3 one to one rounds of interviews and round was conducted by an interview panel
By the end,the HR was met again .

Interview
I cleared interview and then they initially offered less than 10% hike. After negotiation I got around 25% hike CTC. But they wanted me to join in 20days where my current notice period is 60days and Imy current manager approved to release me in 45days as they wanted to fill the my position.
When I say this to movate HR, he then said that he can only offer 10% again as client didn't approve the package I demanded.
The whole process is a joke. Movate has notice period of 3months where no company will release their employee in 20days but movate wants my current org to do that but when I said it is not possible they revised my package saying clients did not approve.
I initially informed about my current nitice period and Expected salary. After wasting my time and energy in interview process they offered only 10% and demanding me to join in 20 days.
I wonder what kind of company would even offer 10% hike for an experienced candidate.
