Multiple interviews. Ranging from technical to simulation and managerial rounds. There were HR and communication rounds as well. They do provide enough time to learn things that they deem important.
The interview process was held in virtual mode 2 rounds first is hr and the second one is manager round was quite easy the interviewer was testing my communication part and the process knowledge

The interview process includes a online assessment to check the employee knowledge on English language followed by HR round next followed by the interview round with the manager the questions in the would related to the current job or for the position of new role
