Interview
The process took three weeks covering two interviews, both remotely. The initial interview was with some of the executive team along with the hiring manager. All were engaged and friendly, having interacted with them in years past. The second interview was with the CEO which was the deciding factor for me. Overall a great experience.

Interview
Axis really seemed to have a clear sense of what they are looking for. They had structured, basic questions at the beginning but later on they really made sure that the cultural fit was right. The interviewers were really laid back and had a great sense of humor so it was one of the more fun interviews that I've had. I think their interview process was just right - one phone call, one in person interview, and one follow up interview (which I didnt end up doing because it was clear that the fit was good).
