Question 1
you are leaving a completely different profession for which you went to school ; are you sure this will be a good fit for you?
I had two phone interviews. Questions were fairly simple. They are pretty straightforward. The people I spoke with were very nice. The starting salary ended up being too low for me to leave my current job.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Movement Mortgage (Virginia Beach, VA) in Jul 2016
Interview
Phone and face to face interview was easy to me. They didn't ask anything out of the ordinary that any other job wouldn't ask. I left the face to face interview confident that I had the position. They gave me a deadline for when I would receive a call, the deadline passed and I didn't get a call or email. I reached out and was given another deadline and again didn't hear anything so I reached out again and was given a denial. Very unorganized and unprofessional

Phone interview was just for them to get to know me, and actual interview did not even feel like an interview. She was very nice and made me feel very welcomed.
