The interview style was conversational and felt sincere. They wanted to get to know me as a person rather than try to predict anything based on behavioral questions. There were no personality tests or questions I didn't know how to answer, and they focused as much on making sure I understood the vision of the Firm and would fit in it as they did on interviewing me.
