The two people who interviewed me were nice and the interview went well, even though all of the questions asked were very generic. I was promised an answer the week after the interview. After not hearing from them in two weeks, I wrote a follow-up email that was ignored. A call also went unanswered. Highly unprofessional and impolite to 'ghost' people after an interview.
