I was referred by an employee, and got response quickly. There were two on-site interviews, one with hiring manager, the other one with general manager. The interviewers are very nice.
There are three steps for the interview. First, the manager will have a phone interview, which is a short interview for checking your former experiences and some domain knowledge. Second, there is a technical test for your programming skills and deep asking about your former experiences and some behavior questions. Lastly, managers and HR will mainly focus on your behavior questions and your former experiences.

Interview
The tech lead called with a phone screen and then two on-site interviews. The process was really thorough and answered any questions that I had in mind earnestly. After the company sent out the offer, the tech lead called back to check if I had any other inquiries about the position. A really great interview experience.
