Application was just a resume. Initial contact was a screening call with the manager for the position. At the end they set up a formal interview date. The interview lasted four hours and included lunch, facility tour and meeting/interviewing with about 8 different people. All staff members seemed very friendly and to genuinely enjoy what they do.
