The interview process took place around early May. I did a screening with Jay Pitonyak, and then a second with one of the lead engineers. Things seem to go well. They had a company trip planned for early June so they said I'd get a reply before then or shortly after the trip.
Their professionalism needless to say is lacking. I sent a follow up late May, giving them more than enough time. For the lead engineer I sent him a connection request via LinkedIn, and a follow up message. He accepted my invention and my message was left on read. I'm not upset that I didn't get the job, but at least man up and give me the decency to reply back to say I didn't get the job, or they're hiring needs changed.
