Had 2 phone interviews and then came in for in-person interviews with 4 EA's.
I was not told who each of EA's supported, which made it awkward. I was also told that I would be interviewing with the SF EA members which wasn't the case. I ended up interviewing with the CEO EA via video conference, which was awkward as they had technical difficulties. The overall conversation felt like I was on trial, rather than an interview.

Interview
I was recruited through an agency. The HR department is very friendly and professional. You need to be polished and think on your toes and have at least 7 years as an EA, you really need to know what you're doing and how the industry is supposed to be run.
