Came here to say the recruiters have a tendency to ghost the interviewee. Recruiter barely know about the role the team is hiring for and would read verbatim given by the hiring manager in the recruiter screening. Responses are delayed.
Was 5 interviews with stakeholders and one technical interview. Wasn't given a heads up on the nature of the technical and was ghosted after the interview. Very negative experience and waste of time.
